In February 2008, U.S. Attorney General Michael Mukasey and Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff announced stepped-up efforts against employers of undocumented immigrants, including more criminal prosecutions and higher civil fines. Many companies take a head-in-the-sand approach, thinking their paperwork is in order - or hoping they won't get caught if it's not. Are you willing to 'bet the ranch' on your company's future?
On July 15, 2008, Paul Parsons will moderate and act as a panelist in Immigration Law and Employer Compliance, a continuing legal education seminar offered by Lorman Education Services. The course is designed for attorneys, human resource managers, operations managers, presidents, vice presidents, supervisors, managers, controllers and accountants, and any other professionals who may need to keep abreast of the latest development in employer compliance regulations.

TexasBarCLE presents "Constant Changes: New Immigration Law Challenges in 2007," a live webcast CLE seminar for immigration law practicioners wishing to stay abreast of the latest twists and turns in the specialty.
