Paul Parsons will once again speak at the State Bar of Texas' annual immigration law seminar taking place in Houston from February 25-27, 2009. The two-and-a-half day seminar is an intensive course in advanced immigration law for immigration practicioners.
As he has for several years, Mr. Parsons served on the seminar's planning commitee and will kick off the event with an introduction to immigration law lecture.
